POLICY.

DEPOSITS.

A $100 deposit is required in order to book and confirm your appointment. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for. The deposit is non-refundable for any reason. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost.


RESCHEDULING.

If you wish to reschedule, 72hours notice is required. You may reschedule your appointment once before the deposit will be forfeited. Please read the FAQ section before booking. The deposit is non-refundable. If you arrive to your appointment with a conflicting issue for the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled.


NO SHOWS.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment.


COLOUR/EXPECTATIONS.

Jens aesthetic and goal is to achieve a NATURAL result. This more often than not means chosing colours within your natural lip tone. As of 2024 Jens goals are to only provide natural results. If you book an appointment and show up wanting anything other than natural, Jen will not be able to offer you her work as you both would have conflicting goals. If this is the case and she is unable to offer her work after you have arrived to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.


PRICING.

All services are subject to a price increase at any time.


ARRIVING LATE.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit is required. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to your appointment on time.

TOUCHUPS.

Touchups are not included and will be a separate price that is dependant on time frame since your last appointment. Touch up pricing is for existing clients only.


PREVIOUS TATTOOING.

You MUST contact Jen if you have previous Lip Tattooing done elsewhere. You must send Jen good quality photos of your lips in natural lighting of your previous work and provide as much information as you can. Please understand that correcting and going over previous work is challenging and can not always be done.


INFORMATION.

You must read and understand all relevant information including Before and Aftercare PRIOR to booking your appointment. Jen reserves the right to refuse treatment if the Before and Aftercare is not adhered to.

If this is the case, you will forfeit your deposit and another deposit will be required upon rebooking.

BRINGING PEOPLE WITH YOU.

Due to health and safety regulations, you are not permitted to bring anybody else with you to your appointment including children and babies. This is not only to comply with heath and safety regulations but also for your own benefit, as anyone else in the room is a distraction. If this is not adhered to your appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to re-book.


AGE LIMIT.

By law in Australia you must be over 18 years old to receive tattooing - even if a parent or guardian agrees. Jen has the right to request proof of age.


MEDICAL HISTORY.

Medical history and certain medications may be a contraindication for Lip Tattooing. All medications need to be disclosed. You MUST make contact prior to booking if you are unsure. Any changes to medication must be disclosed prior to touch up sessions.


REFUNDS.

All services provided, including the deposit are non-refundable.

RESULTS.

Every individual heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. Multiple sessions may be required.


BEFORE AND AFTERCARE.

It is the individuals responsibility to understand and adhere to all before and aftercare information. Failure to do so may lead to the risk of infection, fading of pigment, colour alteration of pigment, a patchy/uneven result or other undesired results.


COMMITMENT.

If Jen feels that you are too unsure, indecisive, or impulsive about your tattoo, she has the right to refuse to offer her work and another deposit will be required if you would like to book again.


POLICY.

If you breach the policy, arrive with a conflicting issue, or pay a deposit before reading through the website, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
