THE TRUE COLOUR OF TATTOOING CAN NOT BE SEEN FOR AT LEAST 8 WEEKS AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Please wear black clothing as pigment spills and flicks can happen. BY JEN takes no responsibility for your personal belongings.

Please wear comfortable clothing as you will be laying for a long time so please make yourself as comfortable as possible.

Due to health and safety regulations, you are not permitted to bring anybody else with you to your appointment including children and babies. This is not only to comply with heath and safety regulations but also for your own benefit, as anyone else in the room is a distraction.

Please feel free to bring headphones if you would like to listen to a music or a podcast.

Your patience is require during treatment.

Please do not make appointments or have places you need to be afterward. It is paramount that Jen is able to fully focus on you. It is a tattoo on your face. You want it to be perfect.

The whole tattooing process takes anywhere between 3-5hours. Touch up sessions will be shorter but still allow adequate time

Please be mindful of chit chat - as much as Jen loves connecting with her clients it can take focus away from the work.

Do not arrive early or late, but on time.

Please DO NOT arrive early as Jen work’s from a home based private studio.

Do not arrive more than 10 minutes late as Jen plans her day accordingly and can not accommodate for late arrivals. You will forfeit your deposit and another deposit will be required upon rebooking if you are more than 10 minutes late. Allow time for traffic and parking.

PARKING/PUBLIC TRANSPORT.

There is plenty of free all day parking and public transport nearby.
